We released three different types of workouts. We started off with our ‘Dance Tutorials’ whereby we broke down each move into separate and at the end of each week these moves were incorporated into a song.
After these ‘Dance Tutorials’ we decided to up the tempo and create ‘Cardio Workouts’ to help stay fit and push themselves! These were 20-minute workout videos where we dedicated each workout to a specific artist, incorporating the moves learned from the ‘Dance Tutorials’ and adding a few more new ones.
Finally, we released four ‘Bhangra Workouts’ where we recreated our favourite from our School of Bhangra fitness classes. We not only recreated the routine but added extra moves to keep everyone active.
